In February 2012 Farolla with Dresslight- the brand for exclusive, made-to-order luminaires, , were nominated in category  “Technology and product of the year” in the annual awards of “Businessman of the year”, organized by “1 to 1”magazine (www.1kum1.com).

In the beginning of 2012 Farolla started an innovative, unique and very creative project in collaboration with the Bulgarian National Academy of Arts. Farolla organized a competition among the young designers from the Fashion department of the Academy. The theme of the competition was “Light in the context of fashion”. The winners were sponsored by Farolla to create their own models with the exclusive fabrics of Dresslight.

Those unique dresses were presented for a first time on spectacular fashion show on the “1 to 1” awards, together with the exclusive Spanish luminaires of Dresslight.

The show took everybody’s attention, and was welcomed with enthusiasm and a lot of compliments.
